The brief was simple: an open, functional space with a warmth that comes from material and light rather than decoration.

The floor plan remains open, allowing the living, dining, and working space to coexist without hard division. Boundaries are suggested rather than enforced; a shift in surface, a change in ceiling plane — giving each area its own quiet identity while keeping the whole connected. Warm-toned finishes run consistently through the space, grounding the interior without heaviness. The palette is narrow by design: neutral, considered, and easy to inhabit.
