Kouen serves a different menu at every branch. Sushi at one, grilled BBQ at another, so the space follows the food, not a house style. Each interior takes its concept from what's actually being served and how it's served. At Future Park, the design moves in concentric rings, the way water holds a circle after something drops into it expanding, quiet, centred. Vanit Place grills, so soil and coal ground the room in combustion, dark and mineral, reading like the fire doing the cooking. Mega Bangna draws its pattern language from salmon itself; banded, wave-like layers paired with the curve of a rolled sushi piece, repeated wherever the plan lets it bend. Siam Square One takes a tighter read of the same fish: less wave, more texture, with scale-like patterning repeating at close range alongside the roller's curve. Six sites, one identity each one built around what's on the plate.
