Rather than presenting an idealised interior, the design leans into the honest and the incomplete — surfaces that show their nature, walls that carry texture and weight, materials that do not conceal what they are. Imperfection, here, is not a flaw to be corrected. It is the point of departure.

That rawness runs through every element of the space. The wall treatments are left deliberately underdressed — their unfinished quality shifting with the light, giving the interior a living, breathing quality that no amount of perfect plaster could achieve. The haircut stations are framed as intimate moments within the room: personal and unhurried, designed to make the person in the chair feel seen rather than processed.
