AREN X is the second showhome designed for Aren by Areeya Property — larger in footprint, with a pool, and a concept built around the idea of a personal gallery. The space is conceived as a home that lives alongside an art collection, where curation extends beyond the objects on display to the architecture itself. Curves define the interior language: walls, joinery, and transitions between spaces are shaped with a continuous fluidity that softens the geometry without losing precision.

Furniture is selected and positioned as individual pieces rather than sets — each one occupying its place with the same consideration given to a work on a wall. The full-height mirror door returns, concealing the bathroom within an unbroken reflective surface. A Bearbrick display finds its own dedicated corner, unhurried and exact. On the second floor, a cocktail bar finished in black aluminium introduces a deliberate contrast to the otherwise white interior — a single material shift that sharpens the whole. The space holds its calm, and the tension between the two registers is what gives AREN X its edge.
