AREN 2 is a showhome for Areeya Property built on a strict black and white palette — as a framework for contrast and composition. The two floors are organized across six distinct zones: living, dining, pantry, bar corner, multi-purpose area, and master bedroom, each shifting register while staying within the same monochromatic language.
On the ground floor, the living and dining areas open onto a central courtyard anchored by a single mature tree — the one element that sits outside the palette entirely, introducing texture and organic form against the precision of the interior. The pantry is fitted in full matte black joinery with a sculptural stainless steel island, its curved or structural legs the only moment of material contrast in an otherwise flat composition. The bar corner on the upper floor goes further: floor, ceiling, and built-in shelving are all black, with a curved painted wall in white cutting through the space — graphic and deliberate.
The multi-purpose room is darker in tone, with a black floor and furniture selected as individual objects: round upholstered seating, a stacked sculptural side table, oversized framed prints leaning against the wall. In the master bedroom, the palette separates — white walls and floor against a dark timber headboard panel, with pendant lighting and a sculptural desk that holds the room's visual weight. Throughout, furniture is chosen and placed with the same consideration given to objects on display. The space reads as curated rather than decorated.
